Personal Training

Stimulating both body and mind, my personal training sessions incorporate cardio to get your heart pumping and weights to strengthen and tone muscle, resulting in a release of endorphins from which you will feel positively great! My approach to fitness and health revolves around balance — this is my motto to all elements of life. We need to take responsibility by listening to our bodies, be mindful of how and what we eat and look after ourselves, both physically and mentally. Simultaneously, we need to make the most of life and have fun.

Alongside my PT sessions I can give you nutritional guidance and tips, helping ensure you are getting enough of the good stuff, whilst still enjoying a little of the naughty.

Each session will be specifically tailored to you, your fitness level and your long-term goals. Prior to the initial session we will fully discuss your medical history, any past/present injuries I should be aware of, and what you are hoping to achieve.

I offer both in person and Zoom sessions, which can last between 45 minutes - 1 hour. They all include a warm-up, work-out and stretching to finish. If you have any questions or would like to discuss PT sessions in general, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
